Business Permit Registration

Complete handling of your Mayor's Permit application and annual renewal, so your business stays legally authorized to operate.

What It Is / Who Needs It

Every business operating in the Philippines needs a Mayor's Permit (Business Permit) from the city or municipality where it's located this applies regardless of whether you're already registered with the SEC, DTI, and BIR. Without it, you can't lawfully open a corporate bank account, apply for loans, or participate in government biddings, even if every other registration is in order.

Your Mayor's Permit and business plate/sticker are issued

January 20

Your Mayor's Permit expires every December 31 regardless of issue date, and must be renewed between January 1–20 each year. Missing that window triggers a 25% surcharge plus 2% monthly interest on your assessed fees. Some LGUs extend the deadline (Makati, for example, often extends to January 31) but that shouldn't be assumed without confirming with your specific city or municipality.
Why it matters

Keep your business permit current and compliant, every year
